hello. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and the business support team?
Hello, I'm Chung Ahm from the Admin Support team. The Admin Support team is literally the team that helps run the company. We perform a variety of tasks to improve the efficiency and performance of the organization, including accounting, supply management, event planning and promotion, and more.
I am in charge of public relations and marketing, designing catalogs, posters, and managing social media and website.
What do you like most about the benefits of working at Chago Engineering?
I like that they provide meals and snacks. I used to eat ramen noodles from a convenience store because my previous employer didn't provide food reimbursement, but eating with my coworkers in the cafeteria brings us closer together, and I like that I can snack whenever I have a sugar crash because it keeps me focused on my work.
How do you feel you've evolved since you first started?
When I first joined the company, I had a vague fear that I wouldn't be able to do this because I didn't know much about the company, but as I got to know the company as a whole and worked on different projects, I became more confident in my work and took initiative in planning and doing things.
What's your most memorable task since joining the company?
I recently prepared some designs for a trade show, including catalogs, banners, videos, and character designs. Not all of them are finished yet, but I was happy to see the designs I was responsible for come to life and actually help drive sales.
What do you think are the benefits of an executive support team?
I think it's great to be on a team where you get to work on different things, meet different people, and lead projects. Since I manage the entire company, it's essential to communicate with different teams, and I learn and experience a lot. I get a great sense of accomplishment when I propose new ideas and see the company move as one based on those ideas. In addition, the director who leads the management support team is reliable and I can learn a lot from him.
What skills do I need to join the Business Support team?
There's a lot of talking and coordinating with different teams, so communication skills are important. It's also important to have the initiative and ideas to think about what the company needs without someone telling you what to do.
We recently created a new recycling sign and visitor sign at the advice of our director, and it felt good to see these small changes making a difference in our company life.
Do you have any tips for interviewers looking to join Chago Engineering?
In my interview, the director asked me what I would like to do after joining Chago Engineering. Since the management support team is for the development and welfare of the company, I think it would be good to think about what I want to do when I join Chago Engineering and how my skills can help the company.
