[2024 Future Tomorrow Experience] Chago Engineering X Incheon National University, “Showcasing the Essence of Field Trip Education”
Chago Engineering announced that it has successfully completed a program to provide practical experience to Incheon National University students through the Youth Work Experience Support Project since June.
The project is one of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's job creation projects that provide opportunities for students to learn the skills and knowledge needed in the real industrial field.
The students who participated in the program received training on eco-friendly chillers from professional practitioners in Chago engineering. Based on this, Incheon National University students formed teams to carry out projects to promote the Chago Engineering brand and gained practical experience under the guidance of experts from companies and operating organizations.
The course was conducted in the same way as in the workplace, allowing students to experience how things are done in real work situations.
“We focused on helping students build competencies in a real work environment,” said Hyungkyu Kim, CEO of Chago Engineering. ‘The participants’ understanding of the company's brand keywords was high, resulting in high-quality work.”
The students who participated in the program said that they learned a lot from the experience and it helped them understand the real-world challenges.
In addition, they said that creating the promotional video for the eco-friendly chiller improved their understanding of the industry as a whole and was very rewarding to have their voices heard.
The collaboration between Chago Engineering and Incheon National University is a best practice in providing hands-on experience to young people and promoting eco-friendly technologies.
