This is Chago engineering.

Chago Engineering last June through a youth work experience support project.

We conducted a meaningful program that provided practical experience to Incheon National University students.

The Youth Work Experience Support Project is a job creation project that provides students with the opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge needed in actual industrial settings.

Students who participated in this program received training on eco-friendly chillers from professional Chago engineering practitioners.

Based on the training, Incheon National University students formed a team to carry out a project to promote the Chago engineering brand and gained practical experience under the guidance of experts from companies and operating organizations.

The process is as above.

The course was conducted in the same way as in practical work, allowing students to experience how work is done in a real job situation.

Additionally, partner companies and institutions provided careful support to help students build their competencies in a real work environment.

The main keywords selected by students during individual team meetings were the environmental shortcomings of existing chillers and Chago Engineering's eco-friendly chiller technology that complements these issues and does not use fossil fuels.

Students who participated in the program agreed that they learned a lot from the experience and that it was a great help in understanding practical tasks.

They also said that while producing a promotional video for eco-friendly Chiller, their understanding of the industry as a whole improved and they were able to convey their voices, which was very rewarding.

The collaboration between Chago Engineering and Incheon National University has become a good example of providing practical experience to young people and promoting eco-friendly technology.

​We hope that this support project will continue in the future so that more young people can gain experience in the industrial field and increase their understanding of eco-friendly technologies.
