Chago Engineering provides a welcome kit to employees who have completed three months of service, signifying that they have worked hard and will work harder in the future.

In March, we celebrated our 3-month anniversaries in Dev2 and Support with welcome kits for each of our employees..

Inside the welcome kit, you'll find a letter thanking you for your hard work, ChagoEngineering merchandise, an employee ID card, business cards, and other goodies to help you in the workplace or to brighten up your desk. My favorite is my stuffed animal! It's a cute addition to your desk and will help you get more done.

In the first half of the year, three employees received a welcome kit, and the excitement of what was in the box and the desire to work harder in the future were revealed, so I think it's a fun company culture for both the giver and the receiver~.
