Hello, I'm ChagoEngineering, a high-tech eco-friendly cooling specialist.

And I'm Chark, our mascot.

Today, I'm here to introduce our special organizational culture.

The ChagoEngineering Outstanding Employee Award recognizes and encourages outstanding Chago Engineering teams and employees every quarter and month~.

The Best Chago Team each quarter has a special perk: a fun dinner with the CEO and a small gift certificate for each team member.

The hardworking team members had a delicious meal with the CEO and shared many stories with him, and you can see their happiness in the photos, which makes me proud~.

We also recognize the best Chago workers each month and reward them with a small gift certificate for their hard work.

It's a great way to get to know each other better, and it's a positive and motivating way to be the best Chago person, even if you're in a different department and don't know who's doing what.

Here we are delivering the gift certificates to two of our May Chago owners, who expressed their happiness by saying, “I'm happy that my hard work has been rewarded,” and “I will do my best in the future.”

Today we've been learning about the unique culture at Chago Engineering and how we recognize our top performers.

The people who were selected as the Best Chago People are amazing,

but I would like to thank each and every ‘Chago person’ who silently does their best in their respective positions~.
