On June 27th, Chago Engineering held a welcoming party for new employees and a workshop for the first half of the year.

In the first half of the workshop, a presentation was made on the characteristics of the industrial cooling device Chiller market and the development direction of Cryo Engine.

Additionally, there was a brief self-introduction by new employees, a praise event, and a prize draw.

We had the opportunity to share CryoEngine's research results to date, exchange various feedback through Q&A, and seek a better direction for future research.

There was an explanation of the changing market for industrial refrigeration chillers and a discussion on the direction in which Chago engineering should move in line with the times.

We also created an opportunity to further strengthen the bond between employees within the company through an event to praise colleagues.

By acknowledging and encouraging each other's hard work, teamwork became stronger.

At the Let's Praise event, prizes were provided to applicants who received praise, creating a positive atmosphere and further increasing motivation.

Chago Engineering held a fun company dinner to strengthen the bond between employees.

In our precious time together, we strengthen teamwork and raise glasses of wine and drinks.

We encouraged each other's hard work and strengthened our bond.
